Our customers are at the heart of everything that we do and as an independent business we have the flexibility to evolve our services to meet their everyday needs.  In response to customer feedback, we recently merged our Peterborough based business with a design agency, to give our customers a one-stop-shop for all of their design and printing needs.

Whether it’s designing material from scratch or working with in-house design teams to ensure that designs are formatted and print ready, our highly skilled creative design team are on hand to manage projects of any size.

We pride ourselves in delivering what our customers’ want, when they need it.  It’s a simple business formula that has allowed us to grow the business through the forging of many fruitful and happy business relationships.

Internal Communications within the Food Industry

We’ve been working with a large food manufacturer in Peterborough for many years now.  Initially we worked with them on the printing of a quarterly document for food buyers at the major supermarkets but with the trend in digital communications this is now sent via email.  Our working relationship has evolved and we now work with them on the design of their internal communications package.   This project led to introductions to their Health & Safety team.   From designing a campaign logo, to the printing of collateral and merchandise, we’re proud to be a part of bringing their recent health and safety campaign to life.

Maximising Spend Per Head and Enticing New Customers in the Leisure Industry

There’s nothing more satisfying than seeing our customers’ business soar and we’re very proud that we’ve been along for the journey with one of our leisure clients.  Changes in market conditions meant that they had to diversify from their core farming business and now they boast 2 hugely successful family attractions in Spalding and Grantham.   From menus to leaflets, invitations, wall graphics and foamex boards, Printmarshall works in partnership with the owners to create engaging artwork and quality printed materials to maximise spend and visits from existing customers, whilst enticing new ones.

Print on Demand and UK Delivery – The Whole Package

One of our customers’ has been inspiring amateur theatre companies since 1899. As a registered charity, they provide their members with the tools to be able to showcase their talents to local audiences – from scripts to insurance products and ongoing advice and support.  Like any business they wanted to benefit from print economies of scale, but storage was an issue as their scripts and documentation are ordered on an ad-hoc basis.

Never ones to let a challenge get in our way, Printmarshall worked with the team to put a process in place for printing scripts on demand and delivering them via a next day courier service to amateur dramatics associations throughout the UK.

Print, Storage and Fulfilment

For over 20 years, Printmarshall has worked closely with a national training association.  We print and store training manuals, together with a range of associated literature – certificates, quick reference guides and supporting health & safety guides.  Customers send their orders directly to us and we pack and dispatch all over the UK and sometimes Europe and the Middle East.  To ensure that we’re able to manage reactive requests, we monitor stock levels as part of our fulfilment service, which saves our customers storage space and administration time.
